Hair Loss – Do’s And Don’ts

If you’re experiencing hair loss what is the first thing that comes to your mind? Panic isn’t it? You want to stop it whatever it takes, don’t you? But believe me most of the time it’s not the most expensive product that will help

When I started to write today’s article, outside was raining as usual. I don’t know how this affects other people’s mood, but I just do not feel like going out in a weather like this. And a little bit depressed as well. Lot of my customers asked me whether the depression could cause hair loss. Well I think yes it could, BUT it is not the only thing that can cause hair loss when you feel depressed.

A lot of people underestimate the effects it can have on you to lose your hair, it is very tough psychologically and no one wants to accept that they are losing one of their pride possessions. In this article I will go through some of the methods on the market and how you can use these to regrow your hair.

There are a lot of different hair vitamins and faster hair growth pills on the market and many people have wondered if these can also cure baldness or at least slow it down. Most of these pills are not expensive compared to the other solutions and can therefore be worth a try, however these pills don’t contain any ingredients that will actually regrow your hair. In theory they will give your scalp and hair follicles a lot of nutrients and in this way make them stronger, but I doubt that they will start regrowing your hair.

If you lose more hair than you used to it is recommended to see your doctor to do a blood test to check your thyroid whether it’s working properly or not. If that’s working fine the next step is to see the dermatologist, who will do some tests to ensure that the reason for hair loss is not in connection with your scalp.

Moreover, the average Joe who works in an urban city will experience hair diseases because of the fact that the city is so polluted. The foods that are taken are also processed and thus have additives that cause hair loss. Stress can also cause your body to lose hair because stress induces the release of certain hormones that inhibit the production of hair.

After you complete this essential step, you can start using the other products to start getting your hair back! There are just a few more things you need to do every day, which will serve as your thinning hair solution!

Hair growth can be hampered by disease, but more often it’s due to lack of health, nutrition and even poor hair care. Knowledge of your hair can help you maintain healthier and more beautiful hair in the future.
